Service Agreements
Service agreements are a great way to deal with ongoing preventative maintenance of system components. A service agreement with Control Analytics, Inc. guarantees dedication and expertise at a highly competetive price.

Service agreements are available upon request for both in-house and field service. They include:

  • Competetive Rates - As low as $95/hour. No standard overtime.
  • Guaranteed Emergency Support - A Service Contract with Control Analytics, Inc. guarantees a Service Technician will mobilize within 24 hours in the event a system problem cannot be resolved with telephone assistance or factory repair.
  • 24/7 Telephone Support:  Private # telephone support is available 24/7 with a CAI Service Contract.  Access to a Control Analytics technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with any questionsor issues related to a CEM or Hg System.
  • Emergency Shipment of Spare Parts:  In emergencies, Control Analytics, Inc. will provide expedited shipment and delivery including commercial freight services, of in-stock parts during or outside of normal business hours.  (Additional fees apply)
  • Priority Support:  Service Contract clients receive priority emergency support for both on-site visits and in-house repairs.
